We aim to make delivery simple and reliable. Shipping methods may vary depending on the product type, size and delivery location.

Essential Oils, Diffusers, Gift Sets & Accessories

Most smaller items are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking information.

• Delivery is available to home, work, PO Box, rural and regional addresses.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been verified.
• Estimated transit time is approximately 1–10 business days, depending on your delivery address.
• Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
• If no one is available, the parcel may be left at the nearest postal outlet or collection point for collection.

Sofas & Lounge Furniture

Sofas and lounge furniture are delivered by courier or furniture freight partners due to their size and weight.

• Delivery is available to residential and business addresses only.
• PO Box delivery is not available for sofa and lounge orders.
• Delivery is made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
• Delivery is door-to-door only.
• Couriers do not place items inside rooms, carry items upstairs, assemble furniture, or remove packaging.
• If no one is home, the courier may leave the item at the door or in a safe location where suitable.
• If delivery cannot be completed, the item may be sent to a depot or collection point for customer collection.

Important Delivery Information

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.
• Delivery addresses generally cannot be changed or redirected once an order has been placed.
• Customers are responsible for checking that large items can fit through doorways, hallways, lifts and staircases before ordering.
• Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect details, restricted access, or no collection from a depot or collection point.
• Re-delivery fees may equal the full original freight cost.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier network delays, peak periods, weather conditions, or regional delivery limitations.

Warranty Policy

At SimpelHaus, we want every product to arrive as expected and perform as intended under normal household use. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage for our essential oils, diffusers, home accessories, and compressed sofa range.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from SimpelHaus. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase, as this may be required when making a warranty claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any warranty provided by SimpelHaus is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those rights.

Compressed Sofa Warranty

Our compressed sofas and lounges include a 6 Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use, including:

• Major stitching or seam faults
• Foam or cushioning defects caused by manufacturing faults
• Fabric workmanship defects
• Other functional issues caused by manufacturing defects

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, improper handling, commercial use, damage caused by pets, stains, odours, burns, cuts, fabric pilling, fading, or damage caused by cleaning products or unsuitable cleaning methods.

Compressed Sofa Recovery

Compressed sofas may require time to fully expand and settle after unpacking. Please allow up to 72 hours for the sofa to recover its intended shape. In some cases, full recovery may take longer depending on room temperature, storage time and product design.

Minor wrinkles, creases, fabric marks, firmness variation, foam settling and small measurement differences are considered normal characteristics of compressed furniture and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

Essential Oils

Due to the nature of essential oil products, returns or warranty claims may not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or the tamper evident seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty essential oil product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Diffusers

Diffusers are covered for manufacturing faults under normal household use for 6 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, water damage outside normal product use, essential oil residue build-up, accidental damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs or failure to follow the product instructions.

Home Accessories

Home accessories are covered for manufacturing faults for 6 months from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect care, damage caused during handling after delivery, or changes in natural materials such as timber grain, colour variation or minor surface differences.

What Is Not Covered

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, this warranty does not cover:

• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidents
• Incorrect assembly, installation or handling
• Damage caused by pets, children, stains, spills, odours, burns or sharp objects
• Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products or cleaning methods
• Commercial, rental or non-residential use
• Minor colour, texture, grain, fabric or finish variations
• Minor measurement differences within normal manufacturing tolerance
• Products modified, repaired or altered without approval from SimpelHaus

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Warranty Assessment

Once your claim has been reviewed, SimpelHaus may offer a suitable remedy depending on the nature of the issue. This may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, store credit or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

For bulky items such as compressed sofas and lounges, we may first request photos or videos before arranging any return, repair or replacement.

Returns for Warranty Claims

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Returns must be approved by SimpelHaus before being sent back.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Returns

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, SimpelHaus may consider a return request at our discretion subject to the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is returned in original packaging
• The product is not opened, installed, assembled or used
• The product is not damaged after delivery
• The return is approved by SimpelHaus before being sent back

Approved change of mind returns may be subject to:

• Return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges
• A restocking fee where applicable

Any approved refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Essential Oils

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on essential oils if:

• The tamper evident seal has been broken

• The item has been damaged after delivery

Returns for diffusers and home accessories must be approved before being sent back.

Returns may not be accepted for issues relating to personal comfort preference, softness, firmness, size expectation or minor appearance variation.
