Do you have a showroom or physical store?
No. SimpelHaus operates exclusively online.
By operating online-only, we are able to keep our products competitively priced while delivering directly to customers across Australia.
Can I pick up my order?
No. We currently do not offer showroom visits or customer pickups.
All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse and storage facilities.
Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are dispatched from our storage facility located in Castle Hill, NSW.
This allows us to efficiently ship orders across Australia.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are typically dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
- NSW Regional: 2–6 business days
- Interstate Metro Areas: 3–8 business days
