At SimpelHaus, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed sofas and lounges that balance comfort, function, and aesthetics. As each piece is crafted using premium materials, slight variations may occur and are part of the product’s natural character.

• Colour Variation: Product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and photography. We recommend viewing images across multiple devices or contacting us for additional photos where needed.
• Fabric Texture & Finish: Differences in fabric texture, weave, and tone may occur between batches. This is especially noticeable in textured or natural-look fabrics and should not be considered a defect.
• Material Characteristics: Sofas featuring fabric upholstery may display minor creases, shading variations, or pressure marks after unpacking. These will naturally settle and smooth out with regular use over time.
• Compression & Expansion: For sofa-in-a-box or compressed sofas, materials may require 24–72 hours to fully expand and reach their intended shape. Minor creases from packaging will gradually disappear during this process.
• Measurements Tolerance: All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly (±2–5cm) due to manufacturing processes.

These variations are normal and reflect the unique nature of each piece. They do not affect the overall quality, durability, or performance of the product.
